Medical History Review
Prior to your surgery, a complete health/medical history will be taken,
with particular attention given to allergies and to medications you are
taking or health problems you are experiencing that might affect surgery
and/or the administration of anesthesia. In most cases, Dr. Moore will
review your medical history immediately prior to your surgery. However,
if you have any special concerns or a particularly complex medical history,
you may need to have a consultation prior to your surgery. It is important
that all health/medical information be disclosed to Dr. Moore prior
to your surgery so that an accurate assessment of your health status may
be known. Please feel comfortable addressing any issues or concerns regarding
your health/medical history with him prior to your surgery.
